My cousin's been in a freak explosion and is now in hospital for treatment of burns covering over 20% of his body. If you live in northwest England and watch the BBC news you'll probably have seen the report on it.

If you haven't reminded someone you love of the fact that you love them recently, I strongly suggest going and doing it right now, because you never know what can happen.

I am really sorry I haven't replied to your birthday messages and things. I can't actually think clearly at this moment in time but my thoughts and love are with you all as much as they can be. Stay safe. Thinking of you guys is one of the few things keeping me going at the minute and I'm sorry I can't give you all the time you deserve. I just can't think at the moment and there's so much hate on the Internet at the moment when I do get to glance at it in work that it's not a refuge for me.

I just want the people I love to be okay.
