Hi everyone new who I've friended; I've basically been on an "Omg everyone on blindfold/sassy_otp is awesome" friending binge because tbh, I've tried Tumblr, I've started crossposting to dreamwidth, and I know LJ is slow as balls lately, but it's still where my heart truly lies.

Tumblr is way too fast for getting things of substance out there, unless you've got a billion followers or something. (Great for friendships though.) I think we all stick with LJ because it's tried and comfortable, even if it isn't always true.

I tried tumblr, but I have some weird need to be completely up to date with things (like, I can't post to a comm unless I've read every entry in it), which resulted in me not leaving the house for about four days before giving up. Anyway, HI!

Hello, new friend. ::waves back:: I'm glad you are embracing your love affair with LJ. So many people keep talking about jumping ship lately, but I don't wanna. I am stubborn and resistant to change. I don't even have a Tumblr, but get crazy jello of my friends who always find awesome pictures there to repost to their LJ.

This is perhaps not the place for it, but I just read ALL of your Blindfold fill stories and can't possibly leave a comment for each one. So, I'll just say here, OMG! They're all so good. Mishalecki Sleeping Beauty is my favs, so filthy and sweet at the same time. Yayz! And Safety Off, so much greatness because I really do believe that Castiel is a sociopath and Balthazar is the slut he loves. Surprisingly enjoyed Yes, even though I thought it would make me really uncomfy. Not surprisingly, freaking LOVED the D/C watersports story. But I have to take back what I said before. The Mishalecki was not my favorite, it was the S/D murder/suicide. It was so sad and yet, kind of a great heaping relief to read. This is basically how I want the show to end.

Also, while browsing your masterlist, I read your Lost Souls fanfic for Ghost and Steve. Seriously teared up a little. Oh, those boys. ::sigh::

Good news, I wasn't actually insane on Friday - I DO have a cold!

So, so sorry about Highlander. Like very sorry. Like VERY. No one needs to see that show until they've watched Highlander 2 enough times to take the increase in batshit as an improvement. *clings*
