Hi everyone new who I've friended; I've basically been on an "Omg everyone on blindfold/sassy_otp is awesome" friending binge because tbh, I've tried Tumblr, I've started crossposting to dreamwidth, and I know LJ is slow as balls lately, but it's still where my heart truly lies.

I actually have a DW account, but I visit it so rarely because the fandom activity over there is typically slim. I have a hard enough time finding people who ship the things I do in SPN fandom that I don't need the limits of a website to cut down my pickings.

Strangely, I get more Sassy activity on tumblr these days than I do on LJ.

I pretty much use dreamwidth for backing up my LJ fics and the occasional crosspost; if LJ ever goes completely under, at least I have everything important saved over there. And I've noticed a very slow but steady drift of my fandom BFFs over there during the passing years so it's nice to keep all their DW journals friended juuuuuust in case!

Tumblr definitely seems to like quirkier pairings for the most part, which deeply pleases me - Balthazar/Castiel seems a lot more popular on Tumblr than on LJ, thank goodness, because those two had chemistry together and if there wasn't any support for them anywhere I might have to cry a little.

I followed a couple BNFs over there, but so far most of my people have jumped over to tumblr, with crossposting to LJ. I SHOULD LEARN TO BACK UP MY STUFF OMG.

Omg does Balthazar/Cas not have a following on LJ? That destroys me. They were just so... There was so much love and angst there that I can't imagine not shipping them.

I ship everyone with Castiel. Castiel is my Little Black Dress. Dean, Sam, Balthazar. Crowley, Lucifer. God. John and his lieutenant, Rachel. Meg. They aren't all good relationships, obviously, but I think they're all interesting.

Castiel's the one I find easiest to write with everyone, but when I doodle out my ships on paper, Castiel and Sam are split fairly evenly. Poor Dean gets less love ;). I've not given this toooooo much thought, but roughly speaking it looks like Dean has about eight ships (excluding threesomes/moresomes), while Sam and Castiel both have about fourteen each XD.

It is literally impossible to sketch my SPN ships prettily. Unlike Digital Devil Saga, where it's basically just Gale in the middle, and everyone surrounding him in a pretty lotus flower. XD

I'm pretty much solely a Castiel-centric shipper. In theory, though, I have about eight ships for Sam and Dean, but other than the Wincest and Castiel ships, they're ones that I'd be willing to talk about but never really seek out. Poor Cas has around twice that. It's ridiculous.

I end up shipping this way for most of my shows are like this, however, especially given frequently returning guest stars.

I wanted to go and find a gif that expresses all of my Balthazar/Castiel feelings. And then I made myself sad. Balthazar is pretty much the reason I can't bring myself to watch season six. I know it it's going to end and I will cry SO MUCH.
