This has been a 24 hour period of very weird weirdness, not least getting the Gale fic written in one sitting at my desk at work and crying through the damn thing, but two examples stand out;

1) An ACTUAL QUOTE from an email I sent to my team manager - who rocks - about tips on getting my call handling time down;

(Incidentally, I'm aware I waffle, it's a little bit unavoidable because of my natural talking habits - I type like I talk so you can imagine what it gets like! - but I'd certainly like tips on restraining what I'm going to very gratuitously call my loquaciousness!)

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME (part 1).

2) Yesterday I was thinking away to myself, as I am wont to do, and this thought process happened;

God, JK Rowling kills her characters off in the seventh book like, like, just because she CAN. It's like Anakin in that icon, where he's poking the ceiling with his lightsaber and the text says "Look master, I poke things!". EXACTLY like that, only instead of Jedi and elevators, it's witches and... death.
