STAR TREK STAR TREK STAR TREK STAR TREK STAR TREK and anyone who says different is WRONG.
Seriously. For God's sake, modern TV, a little more optimism about the future wouldn't necessarily be the bad thing. I want to make sweet, sweet love to the concept of Star Trek because it's so bright and happy and beautiful but people are still people and still make mistakes and I LOVE IT.
And now I am off to bed.

Date: 2009-05-20 11:18 am (UTC)It's one of the few things I get genuinely tetchy about, people suggesting Star Trek has run its course; as far as I'm concerned, until there is one - just one - other TV series or movie series that makes the future look half as good as Star Trek does, there will ALWAYS be a time and a place for it :).
